Kettlebell Basics Workshop
Double 24kg Press.
This seminar will cover basic kettlebell movements, and how to incorporate them into your current workout program. More advanced kettlebell users will refine technique and learn to generate more power during swings, snatches and presses.
Improper kettlebell training is dangerous. Injury will result if improper technique is utilized during kettlebell exercise. This workshop will focus on correcting technique to minimize injury and maximize results.
The workshop will be taught by NCSF-certified trainer and CrossFit Kettlebell Instructor, Jim Beaumont.
Space is limited to five people per day to ensure proper supervision. Register online to ensure your spot.
